Dweller Remote Luggage Service

1. Definitions
“Dweller”: Refers to our company, offering the Remote Luggage Service.

“Customer” or “Guest”: Refers to individuals utilizing the Remote Luggage Service.

“Service”: Refers to the remote luggage pick-up and drop-off service provided by Dweller.

“Agreement”: Refers to the contract between Dweller and the Customer, governed by these terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Services
Dweller’s Remote Luggage Service offers a convenient solution for storing luggage ahead of a customer’s vacation rental check-in. The service includes secure and reliable
transportation of the luggage from the pickup location to the designated drop-off location.

3. Payment Terms
Customers shall make payment for the Remote Luggage Service based on the number of bags stored and the distance between pickup and drop-off locations. Payment details and options will be provided during the booking process.

4. Termination
The Agreement between Dweller and the Customer can be terminated by either party with prior written notice. In the event of early termination, any outstanding payments will be settled according to the terms agreed upon during booking.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights related to the Dweller Remote Luggage Service, are owned by Dweller. Customers shall not use or reproduce any proprietary information without prior written consent from Dweller.

6. Liability and Indemnification
While Dweller takes utmost care in handling and storing luggage, Customers acknowledge that they are responsible for the security and contents of their bags. Dweller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the luggage during transportation or storage. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Dweller harmless from any claims, liabilities, or
damages arising from the use of the Remote Luggage Service.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation in [Jurisdiction]. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration
